Senior VP, Product

Remote
Full Time
Senior Executive

Bridge is looking for a Senior Vice President of Product to own and drive the product vision for a data and media company operating at the intersection of identity, curation, and the evolving programmatic ecosystem.

You'll define where Bridge's products go next — shaping a differentiated strategy across our data, media, and curation businesses; aligning Technology, Data, Marketing, and Sales around a cohesive product experience; and translating complex market signals into decisions that drive revenue, adoption, and margin. You'll build and lead a high-performing product team and bring a genuine point of view on where adtech and data products are heading — and how Bridge gets there first.

The right candidate brings deep AdTech and data product expertise, a track record of leading product organizations through growth, and the instincts to balance near-term execution with long-term vision. If you thrive at the convergence of data, identity, and media — and want to shape what that looks like at a company built for what comes next — this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive a product roadmap that grows revenue, customer adoption, margin, and market share
  • Develop and manage the full product development lifecycle aligned with company objectives and cross-functional initiatives
  • Lead, develop, mentor, and hold accountable a team of product managers
  • Collaborate across Technology, Data, Marketing, and Sales to deliver cohesive product experiences
  • Understand industry trends and align Bridge's product strategy accordingly
  • Improve existing products and expand the portfolio beyond Bridge's current offerings
  • Establish internal buy-in and alignment for the product vision
  • Deliver thought leadership in adtech and/or data products, with a strong point of view on industry trends and best practices
  • Maintain a strong commitment to continuous improvement, fostering high-performing team cultures, and leading with integrity, accountability, and collaboration
  • Be able to translate complex data signals and media ecosystem dynamics into product decisions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Define and lead curation business product strategy, balancing internal capabilities with market demand to build a differentiated, scalable solution
Desired skills, education, and experience:
  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing product teams
  • Deep expertise in AdTech, data products, or digital media — with specific experience in curation and/or supply-side platforms (SSPs, PMPs, curated marketplaces)
  • Hands-on experience with identity solutions, data clean rooms, or privacy-preserving data collaboration technologies
  • Proven track record building and scaling B2B SaaS or platform products, ideally in the data or media ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategy that drives measurable revenue growth and market differentiation
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and holding accountable cross-functional product organizations
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to align stakeholders across Technology, Data, Sales, and Marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex technical and market concepts for executive, commercial, and technical audiences alike
  • Active industry presence: conference speaking, published POVs, or recognized thought leadership in adtech, data, or programmatic media preferred
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Familiarity with programmatic infrastructure, identity graphs, audience data platforms, and the evolving signal landscape (post-cookie) strongly preferred

This is fully remote/work-from-home role with a base salary of range of $250,000-$295,000.
