Senior Manager, Buyer Development

Remote
Full Time
Senior Manager/Supervisor
Bridge is hiring an experienced seller/business development representative who can open, grow, and maintain agency and buyer relationships across the ad-tech ecosystem. The mandate is to win agencies and buyers that haven't worked with Bridge before and convert those relationships into revenue-generating partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new agency partnerships across independent, regional, and holding-company agencies
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proof-of-concept, proposal, commercial negotiation, and close
  • Carry a new-business revenue quota tied to closed agency deals

Agency Relationships

  • Build relationships across agency programmatic/media desks, data and analytics teams, and client-strategy leads
  • Navigate holding-company procurement and legal processes as well as faster-moving independent and regional agency cycles
  • Position Bridge against competing identity and data providers, using proof points such as Truthset's #1 accuracy ranking and zero consent litigation

Product Adoption

  • Data and Audiences: license Bridge's verified identity data and audience segments into agency media and data stacks
  • Identity Solutions: sell People Match™ attribution and identity resolution into agency measurement and client-strategy teams
  • Drive adoption of Bridge-powered curated Audiences and Deals via our partner marketplaces into agency trading desks

Pipeline and Reporting

  • Track and report pipeline health, deal stage, and revenue forecasts to sales leadership on a regular cadence
  • Represent Bridge at industry events and agency forums to build pipeline
  • Partner with Product, Data Strategy, and Client Success on post-close onboarding, and share agency feedback to inform positioning

Desired Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience selling into advertising agencies, with direct experience in programmatic, ad-tech, or data/identity sales
  • A track record of sourcing and closing new agency partnerships, not managing an existing book
  • Working knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, clean rooms, identity resolution, and curated PMPs
  • Experience running a multi-stakeholder sales cycle across data, media, client-strategy, and procurement contacts
  • A consultative, data-led sales style, comfortable with both technical proof-of-concept conversations and commercial negotiation
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to agency leadership
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple agency deals at different stages simultaneously
This is a work-from-home role with an average base salary range of $100,000-$120,000, plus commissions if earned.
