Bridge is currently seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for providing sales engineering expertise that will drive client satisfaction and campaign performance. This role will give technical support to client campaigns and is a strong liaison between our sales and product marketing teams. The Senior TAM collaborates with sales, operations, product, and technology resources to  ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical  decision-makers.

How you will make an impact:

  • Using a deep knowledge of our platform, ensure that all products sold can be executed both functionally and technically, within the scope and timeline defined in agreement with the customer
  • Plan and deliver compelling product presentations and solution overviews in partnership with marketing and sales, clearly communicating value, pricing, and benefits tailored to client needs and goals.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams regarding campaign delivery data pertinent to client and business goals
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deeply understand customer requirements and provide expert-level technical and strategic support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify client needs and suggest upgrades, additional features, or configuration changes to enhance platform adoption and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support and advocate on day-to-day inquiries and requests to improve efficiency and value in the use of Bridge’s platform
  • Provide product department/developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Work with the product team to ensure that proprietary platform development aligns with client requests and requirements
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our clients and help them achieve strong technical use of the Bridge’s products and platform
  • Ensure proper internal tools are utilized for the lifecycle of campaigns from flawless launch through timely billing
  • Become the subject matter expert on the Bridge platform and services in order to train, consult, and field questions from our customers
  • Understand the needs, growth opportunities, and pain points of specific accounts and partner with sales, product, and operations to recommend solutions to spur account growth

Desired Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing with an agency, brand, and/or top online publisher
  • Strategic sales support
  • Expert at building compelling proposals for clients
  • A solutions-focused critical thinker with top-level problem-solving skills
  • Able to analyze data and provide insights

This is a remote (work from home) role with an annual salary range of $95,000-$110,000.
