Bridge is seeking a New Business Sales Manager to leverage data-driven insights, pinpointing "whitespace" opportunities and flipping them into high-revenue accounts. This role is responsible for architecting and executing high-impact digital media strategies that drive relentless revenue expansion.

By translating complex market data into a competitive edge, this individual identifies high-value opportunities and delivers "must-have" solutions that leave the competition in the rearview mirror. The role establishes strategic relationships with local media companies, ad agencies, and brand-direct clients to deliver best-in-class data, email, and programmatic solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve successful sales growth through net new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
  • Accelerate prospecting and closing high-value, net-new business opportunities to exceed annual revenue targets
  • Engineer and optimize a high-velocity sales pipeline, utilizing precise forecasting and activity tracking to ensure consistent conversion of new leads into long-term clients
  • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibility
  • Pioneer new client partnerships by identifying unique use cases and articulating a high-impact value proposition that establishes our brand as a primary strategic partner
  • Drive client partnership performance, build the brand with key stakeholders, and drive strategic growth via unique use cases
  • Work with Connect product, marketing, client success, and executive management teams to bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product, messaging, and positioning
  • Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic, digital media, or ad-tech sales — local media or local agency experience strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of audience-based selling and the ability to articulate the value proposition clearly
  • Understand the digital marketing landscape and best practice approaches to analytics, advertising, marketing, and audience targeting
  • Self-starter, independent, and motivated who has autonomously run a full sales cycle and multiple client relationships
  • Exemplary sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong multitasking skills and the  ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in or with local media companies (broadcast, print, or digital) a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
This is a remote/work-from-home role with a salary range of $95,000-$105,000 plus commission. Some travel may be required.
