Bridge seeking a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to lead our brand, narrative, and go-to-market strategy in one of the most transformative areas of advertising today: responsible use of PII data, privacy-first activation, and people-based activation.

This leader will be responsible for elevating our brand as a trusted partner in an industry shifting away from cookies and toward transparent, consent-based data use. You’ll own the marketing strategy that positions our solutions as the bridge between consent and performance – helping advertisers, agencies, and brands maximize ROI through people-based measurement and attribution.

This is a role for a marketing thought leader who can combine creative storytelling with technical depth – leading a team, aligning cross-functionally and delivering campaigns that inspire confidence, differentiate the company, and accelerate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy across brand, product, demand generation, and communications.
  • Continuously monitor emerging trends and competitive dynamics, turning insights into actionable strategies that keep the company ahead of the market.
  • Position the company as a thought leader at the intersection of consent-based PII data and advertising performance.
  • Adapt and tailor the company narrative into distinct, resonant messages for different customer audiences (data, enterprise, local business, channel, agency & direct), ensuring relevance and impact across segments.
  • Translate corporate goals into market-facing campaigns that reinforce our credibility and revenue goals.

Narrative & Brand Development

  • Own the company’s narrative and messaging framework, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Lead creative development of campaigns, content, and digital experiences that elevate our brand and highlight differentiation.
  • Serve as brand steward, ensuring a cohesive identity across product, events, media, and sales collateral.

Revenue & Growth Support

  • Partner with sales leadership to design and execute marketing programs that accelerate pipeline creation and conversion.
  • Provide storytelling, content, and creative assets that empower sales teams to engage enterprise buyers.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize campaigns and demonstrate measurable ROI.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and client success to translate complex technology into customer-centric stories.
  • Manage agencies and creative partners to scale execution while maintaining brand control.

Desired Skills, Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in ad tech, martech, or data-driven SaaS.
  • Proven track record developing brand narratives and go-to-market strategies that drove revenue impact.
  • Strong creative instincts combined with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating with senior executives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for varied audiences.
